Our family has been working in the pasta industry since 1898. Since then, we’ve been selecting the finest semolina, mixing dough, drawing, and drying pasta. We are deeply connected to our country’s gastronomic tradition: from the raw materials we use to our production methods, ours is an all-Italian story.
