World Pasta Day: Italian pride

An event to honor the tradition and taste of Italian pasta. It is in this spirit that World Pasta Day was created, which will reach its 27th edition on October 25.

At Pasta Dalla Costa, we have always supported this event, which is a source of pride for our country’s culinary culture, and in 2025 we are renewing our commitment by promoting the initiative organized by Unione Italiana Food in collaboration with SISA, the Italian Society of Food Science.

This year, the organizations are renewing the Consensus Statement, a scientific declaration signed by 20 representatives from 9 countries in the scientific world, which outlines 12 points demonstrating all the benefits of pasta, as well as promoting a series of physical and digital events with the pasta lovers community.
