From 14 to 17 February, we will be at Biofach, the world trade fair dedicated to organic farming and food. Every year, we immerse ourselves in research, innovation and new developments in the organic market, to meet other producers and showcase new products.
This year, Biofach 2023 is an opportunity to present new organic protein pastas.
Protein Pasta Bio is bronze-drawn, with the same taste and texture as durum wheat semolina pasta but with over 20g of protein per 100g of uncooked product.
