We produce pasta in all possible shapes, creating new formats and recipes daily. We do it with passion, we do it with three generations of experience.

THE ORIGINS

Our family has been working in the pasta industry since 1898. Since then, we’ve been selecting the finest semolina, mixing dough, drawing, and drying pasta. Every day we commit ourselves to researching and experimenting with new flavors, while strictly respecting Italian pasta-making tradition.

Rooted in the territory, faithful to our origins

We are deeply connected to our country’s gastronomic tradition: from the raw materials we use to our production methods, ours is an all-Italian story. We use spring water and Italian wheat, ground by selected mills.
