Protein Pasta Bio @ Biofach 2023

From 14 to 17 February, we will be at Biofach, the world fair dedicated to agriculture and organic food. Every year we invest in research, innovation, and the novelties of the organic-themed market, to meet other producers of raw materials and introduce new products.

This year, Biofach 2023, is the occasion to present the new organic protein pasta.

Organic Protein Pasta is bronze drawn, with the same taste and texture as traditional pasta of durum wheat semolina but with over 20g of proteins per 100g of raw product.
