120 g Mickey & Friends Pasta

1 red onion

200 g peas (fresh or frozen)

80 g diced cooked ham

30 g Parmigiano Reggiano

Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

Salt, to taste

Step 1

In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion in a drizzle of olive oil. When translucent, add the peas and cook until soft, adding a little water if needed.

Step 2

Season with salt and blend everything in a mixer until you get a smooth, velvety cream.

Step 3

In the same pan, lightly brown the diced ham until golden and slightly crispy. Add the pea cream and stir well.

Step 4

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain, and toss it with the pea cream. Finish with grated Parmigiano and serve warm!
