INGREDIENTS

320 g Hello Kitty pasta

2 garlic cloves

1 dried chili pepper

3 tablespoons pickled capers

90 g extra virgin olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

PREPARATION

Step 1
In a large pan, gently sauté the garlic and chopped chili in the olive oil over low heat until the garlic is golden but not burnt.
Step 2
Add the capers and let them cook for a couple of minutes to release their flavor.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the Hello Kitty pasta in plenty of salted boiling water for 7 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the sauce for 1–2 minutes. If needed, add a bit of the reserved cooking water to help the sauce coat the pasta.
Step 5
Serve immediately, topped with freshly chopped parsley.
