Subject: Information pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR), concerning the protection of the processing of personal data.
The data controller provides the interested party with the following information, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, hereinafter also GDPR.
Purpose of the processing
The data will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and will be updated, complete and not excessive with respect to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation for the following purposes:

Processing methods
Your data will be processed only with methods, including computer and telematics, strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, recorded, stored and entered into a database at our facility, and in any case processed using security measures that respond to the best IT technique and constantly updated.
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on the contract signed.
Legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller oblige the parties to respect and honor the contractual obligations signed.
The lawfulness of the processing is based on the consent manifestly expressed by the interested party, documented in writing.
Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of any refusal to respond
The nature of the provision of data by you is mandatory so that the data controller can fulfill the accounting and tax obligations inherent in the contract signed. In case of refusal, Dalla Costa Alimentare Srl will not be able to fulfill its contractual obligations.
Communication of data to third parties
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by any Data Processors appointed by him and by any strictly authorized data processors.
Your data may be communicated following inspections or verifications (if requested), to all the inspection bodies responsible for checks and controls concerning the regularity of legal obligations.
Your data may also be communicated to external companies / professional firms that provide data processing activities or to the collaborators of the data controller, in accounting, administrative, fiscal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions within the limits established by law or regulations.
Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.
Storage times
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and your personal data will be kept for no more than 10 (ten) years from the termination of the existing relationship.

There is no automated decision-making process.
Safety
The Data Controller has adopted appropriate security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, misuse or alteration.
Intention of the Data Controller
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization.
